Pete is Amazing! He made the process of being first time home buyers a ‘piece of cake’. Any questions that we had he answered right away and made sure that we understood everything and what to look forward to. Searching for a home during a pandemic was very stressful as the market was tough, however he kept reassuring us that everything would be ok and it was. When we knew we were ready to buy a single family home together, our first joint property as a married couple, we decided to go with a new build and sell one of our investment properties.
