My personal and professional philosophy is simple: treat others as you would want to be treated (Matthew 7:12).

I spent the first 20 years of my career with the Marriott Corporation, relocating every three to five years. A new position brought my family to Tampa in 1994, and within two years, we knew it was home. To remain here, I needed to “relocation-proof” my family. Around that time, I met Doug Loyd, Owner and Broker of Florida Executive Realty. After an in-depth conversation and several follow-up meetings, I began a career change—and never looked back. It was the best professional decision I have made. Three decades later, I still love real estate and working with Florida Executive Realty.

Personally, I am married to Carmen, and we have two daughters, Haley and Abbey.

Outside of work, I stay active through workouts and biking. I also enjoy reading, volunteering, supporting our local sports teams, and, most importantly, spending time with my family.
